For each quesadilla you will need:

Heat up a frypan that's big enough for your tortilla, use medium heat and spray with cooking spray if you like.
Place the tortilla in the bottom and sprinkle with cheese. Layer the ham and then sprinkle with a bit more cheese.
Place the other tortilla on top and press down a little.
Cook until the cheese melts, turning over half way through.
Cut into 6 wedges and serve. It's nice to serve some rockmelon or other fruit on the side too.
